The parisian trade shows Who’s Next & Premiere Classe have created a one of a kind service to support groups of professionals in ready-to-wear fashion and accessories retail:

A space stretching 120m2, over the four days of the trade shows the Retail Expert Club will provide visitors with both a tailored advice service (Conseils) as well as innovative solutions for actors in the retail world (Solutions).
 


 

The Retail Expert Club Conseils:

6 professionals will be on hand to provide their expertise completely free of charge, either in themed workshops or personalised individual appointments.

Patricia Chelin: Personal Shopper offering assistance with choosing the best product offer for points of sale.
Juan-Manuel Torralbo: Expert in establishing and opening points of sale. How to best choose, open and bring your store to life.
Luc Joubert: Expert in store concept and layout.
Lydia Harroch: Expert in brand image and customer experience offering support for brand definition, implementation of strategy and and ad hoc team training.
Thierry Bayle: Expert in buying performance– store merchandising. How to have the right product at the right time and in the right quantity.
Steeve Lambert: Expert in digital strategies and e-commerce. How to stay connected with clients.

Please note that individual appointments are reserved for multi-brand retailers and can be booked for free when validating your visitor badge at the entrance of the trade shows.

 


 

The Retail Expert Club Solutions:

To support and inspire brand heads and store managers, the Retail Expert Club area will host Caméléon and Headoo, two new partners for this year’s edition who will propose solutions for digitalising points of sale, data recovery and handling CRM. All this, in a friendly atmosphere equipped withan exhibition showcasing inspiring store concepts, in partnership with the architecture platform BAM.

  • Dynamic indoor and outdoor “digital signage” solutions.
  • Animating selfie marketing: engage clients with brands and their social networks via photo and video packages on touch screens or interactive digital mirrors.
  • Solutions for analysing and measuring in-store shopper behaviour: boost the visibility and performance of point of sale services with objective measuring strategies.

Collectively, the services and advice sessions brought to you by Who’s Next & Premiere Classe intend to outline avenues for further reflection on the future of retail, in a world in which distribution is evermore connected, and stores are evermore required to propose genuine experiences to customers.

The Who’s Next and Premiere Classe trade shows
Over the past 20 years, the Who’s Next and Premiere Classe trade shows have emerged as the leading professional fashion trade shows in Europe.

Together, they showcase over 1,600 fashion brands (900 accessories labels at Premiere Classe – 700 ready-to-wear brands at Who’s Next), twice a year in January and September.

uring the event, the exhibition centre at the Porte de Versailles welcomes over 50,000 visitors and fashion industry professionals across 4 days (60% French – 40% international).
