Each edition, WHO’S NEXT organises lifestyle activities throughout the duration of the trade shows.

At the January 2016 edition, visitors could discover textile printing with Demeure or had the chance to create their own cap with l’école de la Maille.

1. Fashion activities

L’école de la Maille : Hall 4 – Private


L’école de la Maille of Paris, founded in 2011 by Veronique DUPERIER, fashion designer and professor, offers a complete training course for those in the stitch stylist profession. For the trade show, students provided a DIY knitting workshop in a friendly environment.


DEMEURE : Hall 2.2 – Fashion tech area


Demeure, labeled “Maison de Mode”, is a womenswear brand created in 2013 by Charlotte Cazal. Demeure’s unique approach is based on an alliance between art, fashion and digital textile printing. At the January 2016 trade show, the brand offered a textile printing workshop where visitors could customize the January trade show bag with the graphic design of their choice.

Les CACHOTIERES : Hall 4 – Private 


Les Cachotières is an evening dress rental platform. Visitors enjoyed the feminine corner Les Cachotières and found the perfect evening dress. They had the chance to complete their look thanks to the “hair bun bar.” Thanks to a digital mirror, they could also take photos of their looks to post instantly online.


2. Beauty activities

Végétalement Provence : Hall 2.1 – Studio


Végétalement Provence is the French brand for alternative cosmetics, combining health & beauty. It is a specialist in art of vegetal for hair, skin, beauty, meeting the highest demands and bringing back sense into daily routine. At the trade shows, guests could try out their hair product range and haircuts ideas proposed by the experts at Végétalement Provence.


3. Cultural activities

KD PRESSE : Hall 4 – Fame


With expertise in press magazines sector, KD Presse offers the best advice about your publication and expectations regarding diffusion. At the trade show, visitors discovered the brand’s exclusive selection of rare French and international magazines.

Vinyle Club ­and Walrus : Hall 2.2


Vinyl Club offers a monthly box of record vinyls, 1 from the 20th and one of 21st century. Walrus is not like any other “Bar in shop”. At the trade shows, visitors discovered Record Space with Walrus and Vinyl Club. Across the four days, visitors could enjoy talks from DJs as well as blindtests.
